  • How can I book you?

    You can book via the website by selecting the service you want to have and clicking the button "Book". You can book up to 24 hours in advance and maximum 2 months in advance.

  • How can I pay?

    You can pay with any debit or credit card or using Paypal.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    At the moment I do not offer gift cards. If you want to offer one of my sessions as a gift I suggest you send the booking link to the person in question and they can choose the time slot that works for them.

  • Can I get a special discount?

    Occasionally I offer some special discount codes or run seasonal promotions. Check out my Instagram profile to see if I am offering any coupon codes at the moment and stay up to date with my offers.

  • The available time slots do not fit my schedule but I still want to book you! What can I do?

    In this case you can write me an email at info@silviasousa.com and we will find a time slot that works for you!

  • Can I cancel/reschedule my appointment?

    You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. After that you can no longer cancel or reschedule the appointment. If you have booked an online session you have a maximum 10 minute tolerance to join the videoconference via the link. After that I will leave the meeting and consider you a no show. You will not be refunded in case you don't show up for our appointment, either online or in person.

  • Can I get a refund?

    There are no refunds. If you can't make it to the appointment and you can't reschedule the session you will not be refunded. If you are unhappy with my service please get in touch with me via email within one week from the date of our appointment.

  • What happens after I book a session?

    You will receive a confirmation email with your selected day and time. In case you have booked an online session you will receive a link for a videoconference to join on the day of our session. A reminder email will be sent to you 24 hours before our appointment.

  • What do I need to prepare before our session?

    Technically you don't need to prepare anything. However in order to make the most of our session I reccommend that you have your all or most of your clothes washed and clean on the day of our appointment. If there is a specific topic you want to address - styling for a specific event, business attire, vacation outfits, etc. - make sure you have those clothes lined up and ready to use. If you have a moodboard or style inpo pics, that's great! We can use those as a starting point to our session as well.

  • Can I take pictures or record our online session?

    Yes, absolutely. Feel free to take pictures and record our session for your own personal use and so that you can come back to it later and review the points we discussed and the outfits we created together. It can be a bit overwhelming and a lot of information to digest in just a 60 minute session, so having a recording can be a great way to revisit everything again.

  • Why do I need to give you my address?

    If you have chosen a Wardrobe Check in Person I need to know where you live in order to meet you there for our appointment. If you prefer not to disclose this information I suggest you consider booking a Wardrobe Check Online where we arrange a videocall and discuss your questions online.
